I was fortunate to be introduced to Structural Integration (SI) shortly after graduating my program in 2002. This experience stuck with me and I knew this was the direction I wanted to take my bodywork practice.

In 2013 I graduated from the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB), with a specialization in Structural Integration.

I love the visual, emotional, and physical change SI can invoke.

SI is an interactive dance between client and practitioner: working towards the common goal of freeing restrictions, re-hydrating stiff tissue, and releasing deep seeded holding patterns for ease of movement, and freedom from discomfort and pain.

I offer both Structural integration, and therapeutic Massage sessions, both are priced similarly but they are different in how they are given and received.
